Our Tomatoes are always in season
Darling Group exports New Zealand and Australian tomatoes internationally.
The Australian season runs from June to November. The major export destination for our north Queensland grown gourmet tomatoes is New Zealand. Darling Group’s Brisbane-based facility, JH Leavy & Co., is a one stop shop for all necessary export protocol requirements and allows our Australian tomato export programme run efficiently.
Our New Zealand tomato programme runs from November to March. Our New Zealand supply is grown in glass houses and is mostly loose gourmet tomatoes. The primary destination is Australia. This export opportunity can be affected by different supply and demand effects on an annual basis.
